FAQ ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

1)What does online booking generally mean?
·You can book models directly via the Internet.

2)Which advantage do I have when I’m booking online?
·You can:
i.Save time
ii.Search for the right model without hurry
iii.Save your phone bill
iv.Take a look at the updated material of the models in the internet for 24 hours a day

·Download the models’ books in A4 format for high quality prints
a.Click on the model in the menu at the top of the page, and then double-click the picture of the model whose book you want to print. A new window will open in which the “Download book” button appears.
b.Click the download button and choose the location on which you want to store the book on your PC.
c.After the download has finished open the file in Adobe Acrobat and now you can print it on your colour printer or bring it to a copy shop to have it printed there.

·Download selected pictures of the models’ book in A4 format for high quality prints
1.Click on the model in the menu at the top of the page, and then double-click the picture of the model whose book you want to print. A new window will open in which you can choose the images, which you want to add to the book.
2.After you’ve finished your selection click the “ Download selected Images” button at the top of the page with the pictures.
3.Choose the location on which you want to store the book on your PC.
4.After the download has finished open the file in Adobe Acrobat and now you can print it on your colour printer or bring it to a copy shop to have it printed there.

· Download of the mini book of a model – 4 images in A4 format for high quality prints
i.Click on the model in the menu at the top of the page, and then double-click the picture of the model whose book you want to print. A new window will open in which the “Download mini book” button appears.
ii.Click the download button and choose the location where you want to store the book on your PC.
iii.After the download has finished open the file in Adobe Acrobat and now you can print it on your colour printer or bring it to a copy shop to have it printed there.

·Send selected images in high quality as .pdf via e-mail to an e-mail address
*Click on the model in the menu at the top of the page, and then double-click the picture of the model whose book you want to send. A new window will open in which you can choose the images you want to add to the book.
*After you’ve finished your selection click the “Send selected images” button at the top of the window with the images
*Write the e-mail addresses to which you want to send the book into the “Emails” field, the subject of the mail into the “Subject” field and the text you want to add into the “Text” field.
*You can still decide whether you want to send the whole book or just the mini book, pre-selected is “selected items”. You can see the size of the file to be sent next to each option.
*Now click “Send” to send the e-mail.

·Creating a set of models and store it for later use
1.Click on the model in the menu at the top of the page. A new window will open in which you can choose the models who you want to add to your selection by clicking on the pictures of the models
2.After you’ve made your selection you can add a name of the set in the field beneath the “Add selected models” button. You can also add the selected models to an older set. In case you want to do this choose the name of the old set from the menu beneath. Then click the “Add selected models” button.
3.You can take a look at your newly created set in a new window.
4.You can also send the set via e-mail, click the “Send set by email” button and follow the instructions of the previous point.

·Send the link to a model gallery via e-mail to an e-mail address
i.Click on the model at the top of the page, and then double-click on the picture of the model, which you want to send. A new window will open.
ii.For sending the link to this page to someone, click “Send Link to Gallery by email” in the menu on the left side beneath the pictures.
iii.You can see a preview of your e-mail in a new window. It’s including a picture of the model and her measurements. By clicking on the picture the receiver of the e-mail gets directly to the gallery of the model.
iv.Write the e-mail addresses to which you want to send the link in the “E-mail” field, the subject into the “Subject” field and a text you want to add into the “Text” field.
v.Click “Send” to send the e-mail.

·You do not need to enter your personal information every time you want to make a “Request”, just enter your login-name and your password.

·Receive the latest information about the happenings in the world of Look Models.

3)Do I receive benefits when I’m booking online?
·With an online booking the client saves 50% of the agency commission.

4)How do I get my password?
·First you have to enter your data and then you will receive your password via e-mail.

5)How long does it take until I receive my password?
·Within 15 minutes you will receive the e-mail with the password.

6)Where do I have to login?
·You have to login at the index site under the Look Models logo, in the left upper corner.

7)Which data do I have to enter?
·First name, family name, address, phone number, e-mail address, login name and your desired password.

8)Is my data being forwarded to 3rd parties?
 ·No, your data is only used for our internal company database.

9)Is the booking fixed when I’m booking online?
 ·No, your booking is entered as “Request”. Our booking team coordinates this request with the calendar of the desired model and then a booker will get in contact with you to inform you about the status of your request.

10)Who is the contact for further questions?
·When you are making a request you can choose the booker who is in charge, for example a booker in Vienna, Prague, Bratislava…

11)Are the prices for the models listed?
 ·No, the prices are not listed as they are not fixed, it depends on the job and the experience of the model, and you can book a beginner for about € 100 a day.

12)Is there a cancellation fee for a booking?
 ·Yes. If the client is cancelling the job until three days before the date, the client has to pay 50% of the agreed fee. Within the three days before the job the client has to pay 100% of the fee plus extra charges.

13)Do I receive a confirmation for my booking?
 ·Yes, the booker in charge will get in contact with you as soon as the booking is confirmed by the agency. You will receive a fax or e-mail as confirmatory note with all the information about the job, the costs and the model.

14)How do I pay my booking?
·Via payment in cash, transfer or cheques.

15)How do I know whether my desired model is available?
 ·You will be informed by the booker in charge about the schedule of the model, so it’s recommended to choose more possible dates to make sure that your desired model is available.

16)Can I see pictures of the models?
 ·Yes, under “Models” you can see the whole book of your desired model and you can even download the book.

17)Is the availability of the models visible?
 ·No, only the bookers have access to the models’ calendars, but they will inform you about their availability.

18)Can I also book “Celebrities”?
 ·Yes, Look Models International Inc. disposes many Hollywood celebrities who can be booked for your jobs.

19)Whom can I contact in case of any problems?
 ·Your booker in charge or please contact a contact person from our portal. For questions concerning the booking please contact one of our bookers.
